Throughout these Terms of Service, "LNNIW," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Junqida (Xiamen) Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. We provide this website, including its content, online store, customer-support features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service ("Terms").

By visiting lnniworg.com, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Online Store Eligibility and Acceptable Use

We take reasonable steps to keep product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and pricing accurate. Screen settings, lighting, production tolerances, and product updates may cause minor differences. If a material specification on a product page conflicts with the instruction manual supplied with the product, contact us before use.

4. Product Use and Safety

You agree to use LNNIW products only as directed in the product listing and instruction manual, including the following:

• A food warming mat is designed to maintain the temperature of prepared food. It is not a stovetop, oven, or substitute for cooking food to a safe internal temperature.
• Use only compatible, heat-safe tableware and place the product on a stable, dry, level surface with the required heat-resistant protection.
• Do not fold, cut, puncture, crush, cover, or modify a warming mat while it is connected to power.
• Do not immerse the power cord, plug, controller, or any non-washable electrical component in water. Follow the model-specific cleaning instructions.
• Heated surfaces and tableware may cause burns. Keep the product away from children and pets unless continuously supervised by an adult.
• Disconnect the product from power before cleaning, moving, or storing it and when it is not in use.
• Stop using the product if the cord, plug, controller, mat, or insulation is damaged, or if the product produces smoke, sparks, unusual odors, or abnormal heat.

You are responsible for checking the voltage, plug type, clearances, table-surface requirements, and other specifications before purchase and use. Product safety features do not replace adult supervision or the instructions supplied with the product.

5. Prices and Service Changes

Prices, promotions, shipping charges, taxes, product availability, and product specifications may change without prior notice. A change will not alter the price of an order that we have already accepted, except where required to correct an obvious error or comply with law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service or a product at any time.

6. Orders, Billing, and Account Information
