3-Year Limited Warranty

1. Warrantor

This limited warranty is provided by Junqida (Xiamen) Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd., operator of the LNNIW brand and lnniworg.com .

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date the product is first delivered to the original retail purchaser and continues for three years. A sales receipt, order confirmation, or other valid proof of purchase showing the purchase source and date is required.

Product registration is not required to receive warranty coverage. This warranty does not restart when a product is repaired or replaced. A replacement product or replacement component is covered for the longer of the remaining original warranty period or 90 days.

3. Products and Purchases Covered

This limited warranty applies when all conditions are met:

• The product is a genuine LNNIW food warming mat or eligible related product.
• The product was purchased new from lnniworg.com, Amazon when sold by LNNIW or an authorized LNNIW seller, or another authorized LNNIW retailer.
• The claimant is the original retail purchaser and provides valid proof of purchase.
• The product was purchased and used within the United States.
• The product was used for normal personal, family, or household purposes in accordance with the instruction manual.

This warranty is not transferable to a subsequent owner unless transfer is required by applicable law.

4. What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal household use, including a confirmed failure of:

• The internal heating system or heating element.
• The supplied controller, display, timer, or temperature-control function.
• The supplied power cord or plug due to a manufacturing defect.
• The mat structure, bonded layers, or factory seams due to a manufacturing defect.
• An included accessory when it has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Coverage applies only to the defective product or component and does not include unrelated property, tableware, food, furniture, countertops, or other items.

5. What We Will Do

After confirming a covered defect, LNNIW will, at its option and without charge for the approved warranty remedy:

• Provide troubleshooting or an appropriate replacement component.
• Repair the defective product.
• Replace it with the same model or a functionally comparable product, which may be new or professionally refurbished.
• Refund the original purchase price when repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

The selected remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, product availability, safety considerations, and applicable law. A refund ends the warranty coverage for the refunded product.

6. Warranty Shipping Costs

For a confirmed covered claim within the United States, LNNIW will provide reasonable standard shipping instructions for any required return and will cover the approved standard shipping cost for the replacement product or component.

Customers must not ship a product before receiving written authorization. Unauthorized shipments, expedited shipping, packaging services, or shipments sent to an incorrect address are not reimbursable unless we approved them in writing before shipment.

7. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear, fading, discoloration, staining, odors, surface marks, minor scratches, or other cosmetic changes that do not affect normal operation.
• Damage caused by accidents, dropping, crushing, cutting, puncturing, folding, improper rolling or storage, fire, pests, extreme heat, or environmental conditions.
• Damage caused by food, grease, water, cleaning liquid, dishwasher use, immersion, or cleaning methods not permitted by the instruction manual.
• Use with an incorrect voltage, plug adapter, power converter, extension device, damaged outlet, unstable electrical supply, or power surge.
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, failure to follow warnings, or use contrary to the instruction manual.
• Commercial, restaurant, rental, institutional, or continuous industrial use.
• Alteration, disassembly, modification, or damage caused by repair, service, parts, or accessories not supplied or approved by LNNIW.
• Loss or theft, counterfeit products, removed or altered model labels, or products without valid proof of purchase.
• Shipping damage that occurred before delivery when the matter is handled under the Return & Refund Policy.
• Packaging, storage bags, printed materials, promotional items, or consumable items.
• Incidental or consequential losses except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Use of a third-party repair service or accessory does not by itself cancel this warranty. However, this warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by that service, part, or accessory.

8. How to Make a Warranty Claim

We may request return of the product or defective component for inspection. The requested information and troubleshooting steps are used to confirm the product, identify the defect, protect customer safety, and select an appropriate remedy.

9. Replacement Products and Parts

A replacement may differ in color, packaging, controls, or minor design details when the original model is unavailable, but it will provide substantially comparable core functionality.

Replaced products or components may be required to be returned and become our property where permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Implied Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the three-year period of this written limited warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Damages

To the extent permitted by law, LNNIW is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from breach of this warranty or use of the product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Nothing in this warranty excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

12. Your Legal Rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty does not replace rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Returns During the First 30 Days

Returns requested within 30 days after delivery are also subject to our Return & Refund Policy. A product defect reported during that period may qualify for a refund or replacement under the return policy instead of this warranty.
